Then be warned.  Over the past 5-6 years, Mr. Dirksen has left a trail of civil lawsuits brought by his clients, investors, employees and creditors.  Two six-figure judgments have recently been awarded against him and/or his companies.  Another case -- alleging fraud -- is currently pending in the courts.

His contractor's license (#958800) has been suspended, as has the corporate status of several of his companies.  It appears from publicly-available records that these suspensions are likely due to his failure to satisfy one or more legal judgments that have been awarded against him and/or his companies. 

 

Somehow, his personal CA real estate license is still active, but his company's corporate license has expired.
